Based on a traditional 1920s recipe, La Brújula has created this marvelous combination of fried sardines with vegetables.
The sardines are fished on the coast of Galicia, Spain, between June and October. After being carefully selected, they are meticulously hand-filleted, battered in flour and fried in olive oil before being freshly packed with a delicious sauce made of tomatoes, onions and red peppers, seasoned with a secret blend of spices and a subtle touch of wine.
